All photos and videos captured during trips organized by Himachal Trip Cab, whether taken by our team or travelers, remain the property of Himachal Trip Cab. This content may be used for promotional and marketing purposes across digital and print platforms. Any third-party usage requires prior written permission.
Boarding and participation in tours will only be permitted after verification of a valid government-issued ID. Travelers must carry a Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID. Aadhaar Card or PAN Card may not be accepted for permits in certain regions of Himachal Pradesh.
No refunds will be issued for any services, activities, or inclusions that are not utilized by the traveler during the course of the trip.
Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Himachal Trip Cab will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the journey.
Air conditioning may be switched off while traveling in hilly areas of Himachal Pradesh. Drivers may regulate AC usage for safety reasons due to steep roads, weather conditions, or terrain.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of any intoxicating substances during the tour is strictly prohibited. Travelers should ensure they are physically fit, as certain tours may involve moderate physical activity.
Adventure activities such as trekking, camping, sightseeing in high-altitude areas, or snow activities involve inherent risks. Himachal Trip Cab shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of life arising from such activities.
Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or behavior that disrupts fellow travelers or staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour without any refund.
Himachal Trip Cab shall not be responsible for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by natural calamities, roadblocks, weather conditions, landslides, political disturbances, vehicle breakdowns, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Travel insurance is not included in our packages. Travelers are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, theft, or trip cancellations.
Tour itineraries are subject to change depending on weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or the physical capability of participants. Such changes are made in the interest of traveler safety and comfort.
In case of vehicle-related issues, Himachal Trip Cab will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative or provide assistance based on availability. Any disputes directly involving drivers will be handled to the best of our ability.
Hotels arranged through Himachal Trip Cab follow standard hygiene and hospitality norms. In case of any service-related issues, we will assist in resolving them on-site where possible.
